Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains what data the agentoast scheduler app stores from Instagram and Threads, and how you can ask us to delete it. The agentoast scheduler is a private publishing tool operated by Jeremy ("we", "us") for the agentoast.ai brand, hosted by the character Sir Toastimir. See also our Privacy Policy. 1. What the app stores

• Access tokens for our own account. The app stores the Instagram and Threads OAuth access tokens for our own @agentoast.ai account, so it can publish our posts and read our own insights. Tokens are stored encrypted in the app's private database. We never store tokens for anyone else's account.
• Comments that ask for a link. When someone comments "LINK" on one of our Instagram posts, the app stores the comment ID, the commenter's public Instagram username and account ID, the post it was left on, and the time, so it can send the link once and avoid sending duplicates.
• Direct message send log. For each automatic reply, the app keeps a short log of which link was sent, to which username, when, and whether it was delivered. We do not store the content of other messages in your inbox.

We use this data only to send the link you asked for and to keep the tool working. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising.

2. How to request deletion

Anyone can ask us to delete their data. Email agentoast.ai@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion" and include your Instagram (or Threads) username. We will delete all records linked to that username, including comment records and the message send log, within 30 days, and reply to confirm when it is done. We may ask you to confirm that you control the account.

3. Removing the app's access

You can also revoke access at any time from Instagram: open Settings, then Apps and websites, find agentoast scheduler, and select Remove. After access is removed, the app can no longer access your account through Meta's APIs. For Facebook accounts, the same option is under Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites.
