These terms apply to the agentoast.ai website and content (videos, posts and newsletter), hosted by the character Sir Toastimir and operated by Jeremy ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Educational content only

Our content explains AI tools, robots, AI research and tech news in plain English. It is for general information and education only. It is not professional, legal, financial or investment advice.

2. Not financial advice

Our stock news, including the "Why It Moved" series, is informational only. It describes what happened and why, based on public sources. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, and it is not personalized to your situation. Investing involves risk, including loss of money. Do your own research and consider talking to a licensed financial professional before making decisions.

3. Accuracy and third-party links

We try to be accurate and link to original sources, but AI products and news change quickly, and we may make mistakes. Some images and video scenes are AI-generated, and we label them as such. Links to third-party products and websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, prices or policies.

4. YouTube API Services

Parts of our service use YouTube API Services. By using those features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. See also the Google Privacy Policy and our Privacy Policy.

5. Our content

The agentoast.ai name, Sir Toastimir character, videos, text and graphics belong to us or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages and videos. Please do not copy or republish our content in full without permission.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, for example by attacking it, scraping it in a way that harms its operation, or signing up other people for the newsletter without their consent.

7. No warranty and limitation of liability

The site and content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version will always be on this page, with its effective date.
