Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information agentoast.ai collects and how it is used. agentoast.ai is a small, independent creator brand hosted by the character Sir Toastimir and operated by Jeremy ("we", "us"). It covers this website (agentoast.agentoast.workers.dev) and the private publishing tool we built to post our own videos (the "agentoast scheduler"). Questions: agentoast.ai@gmail.com.

1. Information this website collects

• Google Analytics 4. We use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-NW7RBQ0ZP3) to understand how many people visit, which pages they read, which outbound links they click, and whether they start a video. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) and collects device, browser, approximate location and usage information. We do not send your name or email to Google Analytics. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics. We also use Cloudflare's cookieless analytics to count page views and measure page speed. It does not set cookies. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as IP address) to deliver and protect the site.
• Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email address, the date, the page you signed up on, and a random unsubscribe token. We use your email only to send the newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link, which deletes your address.
• Spam protection. To limit abuse of the sign-up form, we briefly store a shortened form of your IP address. These records are deleted after about 10 minutes.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

2. The agentoast scheduler and Google / YouTube data

The agentoast scheduler is a private, single-user tool. Only the operator can sign in. It is not offered to the public. It uses YouTube API Services and other Google APIs only for our own accounts:

• YouTube Data API: uploads our own finished videos (title, description, tags) to our own YouTube channel, and reads our own channel's public statistics (subscriber, view, like and comment counts).
• YouTube Analytics API: reads analytics reports for our own channel (such as views, watch time and subscribers gained).
• Google Analytics Data API: reads aggregate reports for this website's own Google Analytics property.

This data is shown only on an internal dashboard to the operator. It is not sold, shared with, or shown to third parties, and it is not used for advertising. The tool never accesses data from other people's YouTube channels or Google accounts.

Storage and retention. The Google OAuth refresh token is stored encrypted (AES-GCM, with the key held as a server secret) in the tool's private database. Short-lived access tokens are not stored. Statistics are kept only as long as needed for the dashboard, and data obtained from YouTube API Services is refreshed or deleted within 30 days, as required by the YouTube API Services Developer Policies. Disconnecting the tool deletes the stored token.

Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use). agentoast's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

YouTube API Services. By using features of this service that rely on YouTube API Services, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Revoking access. You can revoke this tool's access to a Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions (Google security settings). After access is revoked, the tool can no longer call Google APIs for that account, and we delete the stored token.

3. Instagram, Threads and other platforms

The scheduler publishes our own posts to our own Instagram and Threads accounts through Meta's official APIs. It reads the insights for those accounts and the public comments and replies on our own posts, so we can see performance and reply. We also use Buffer to schedule some posts to our X and YouTube accounts. If you comment on or message our accounts, that content is handled by the platform under its own privacy policy (for example, the Meta Privacy Policy).

4. ManyChat (comment "LINK")

When you comment "LINK" on one of our Instagram posts, we use ManyChat to send you the link in a direct message. To do this, ManyChat processes your public username, your comment and the message thread on our behalf. We use this only to send the link you asked for. ManyChat's handling of data is described in the ManyChat Privacy Policy.

5. Your choices and deletion requests

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time with the link in any email. To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email agentoast.ai@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm you control the email address or account involved.

6. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

7. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the effective date above.
