OneTrack Iris-1: an AI that spots forklift crashes on camera
OneTrack's Iris-1 watches warehouse camera video. In OneTrack's own test it caught 90% of real forklift collisions; Gemini 3.8 Flash caught 29%.

What it is
On October 22, OneTrack launched Iris-1, a world model for warehouses and factories. It's built on V-JEPA 2.1, an open model from Meta, and trained further on anonymized video from real industrial sites. Like a veteran floor supervisor, it learns what normally happens next, so it notices when something doesn't.
The test
OneTrack tested it on forklift camera videos the model hadn't seen in training. Iris-1 caught 90% of the collisions. Gemini 3.8 Flash caught 29%, at about 72 times the cost per OneTrack, and Claude Sonnet 5.5 caught 7%. Iris-1 also named what was hit 74% of the time.
What it's for
Iris-1 powers AiOn, OneTrack's AI agent, which uses it to analyze video, spot patterns across a network of sites, and look into the causes of incidents like collisions and near misses.
What to keep in mind
These numbers come from OneTrack's own internal test, not an independent one. General-purpose chatbots weren't built for this job, so the comparison shows the value of a specialist more than a ranking of AI models.
