SpAItial Echo-3 turns a few minutes of iPhone video into a 3D copy of your home
SpAItial Echo-3 rebuilds rooms, homes and whole buildings as explorable 3D worlds from a short iPhone capture, at what SpAItial calls real-world scale. What it does, what is generated rather than measured, and what it costs.
Footage: SpAItial
SpAItial Echo-3 is SpAItial's new world model for reality capture, released Oct 27, 2026. You walk around a space with the SpAItial iPhone app for a few minutes, and Echo-3 rebuilds it as a 3D world you can move through.
How the capture works
SpAItial says you need no extra cameras, no tripod and no long scanning session: a short phone capture is enough. Echo-3 handles single rooms, homes, classrooms, factories and outdoor spaces, including buildings with multiple floors.
Real scale, with a caveat
SpAItial says its reconstructions are metric, meaning dimensions and distances match the real space. That is SpAItial's claim, so treat any measurement you take from a reconstruction as an estimate, not a tape measure. Echo-3 also fills in regions your phone never captured so they match their surroundings. Those parts are generated by the model, not measured.
How it compares
In SpAItial's own side-by-side comparison against Polycam, KIRI Engine and Scaniverse, Echo-3 shows no visible floating artifacts. That comparison was made by SpAItial, not an independent tester.
Price and availability
Echo-3 is a subscription, and the first month is free. It runs on iPhone today; SpAItial says Android is coming soon. There is also an enterprise API for businesses.
